Little by Little Campaigns

At Marigold Collection, we believe in the power of small actions to create big changes. That's why we launched our Little by Little campaigns, which aim to raise awareness and support social issues that align with our values, while also giving back to local charities that are creating positive change. We achieve this by launching fundraising campaigns throughout the year, with limited edition shirts designed by local artists. 100% of the net proceeds from the sales of these shirts are donated to charities, and our team members have the opportunity to volunteer their time to pack and prepare the orders for shipping. Additionally, we host Speaker Events in the weeks leading up to each campaign to educate ourselves, clients, and community members on the importance of the social cause and to spread awareness.

Giving Back

Giving back, no matter how small, is an integral part of who we are. We believe that even the smallest actions can make a big difference. That's why we've created internal programs to encourage and inspire our team to support give back initiatives in their own communities. The Marigold Grant Program allows team members to request funds be donated to charities and initiatives that are of great personal significance to them. Through McCabe University, our continuing education program, team members are encouraged to volunteer their time to charities and causes. We hope that by inspiring our team to give back, we can inspire others to do the same.

Make Every Day Earth Day

Earth Day, celebrated annually on April 22, is a momentous and unifying day for our planet and its people. At Marigold Collection, we believe that every day should be Earth Day. That's why we are committed to creating a climate for change every day of the year. We are inspired by Earthday.org's campaign to Invest In Our Planet and are taking action in various ways such as habitat restoration, green energy innovations, waste reduction strategies, wildlife conservation efforts, carbon offset targeting, and appreciating the beauty of the natural world. It will take all of us to do our part - no matter how big or small it may seem.
