Our Story

Our story began over a century ago, when James Phinnemore and his sons Roy and Herb started painting residences and businesses in Toronto. Mark Hooper, our founder, comes from a long line of painters and has been involved in the industry since he was a teenager. He worked with his grandfather Herb and uncles Roger and Steve Phinnemore, and eventually started his own business, Phinnemore and Hooper Painting, in 2003. After his cousin Roger left the business, Mark continued on, changing the name to Hooper's Painting in 2012.
