Our story began when Roland and Brigitte Oberlader, both natives of Austria, made the move to British Columbia in 1999. With Roland's extensive experience as a certified European Journeyman, starting his apprenticeship in July 1986, we've built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

Our journeyman's expertise was honed through years of working for a custom cabinet shop, building high-end residential and commercial cabinetry across Europe and the Middle East. When we established Roland's Joinery, our goal was to bring that same level of expertise and dedication to our customers in Canada. Today, our 10,000-square-foot shop is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment, and we only use the highest quality materials to ensure our customers receive the best possible results.
