Our Team
Our team of lawyers is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Slader Oviatt, the founder of Oviatt Law, is a skilled litigator and negotiator with a broad practice in real estate, wills, builders' liens, litigation, and family law. Adelyn Foong is a talented lawyer who regularly appears in Provincial Court and the Court of Queen's Bench, and has a strong background in law. Megan Tupper focuses her practice on family law and has expertise in all areas of family law, including parenting, guardianship, child support, spousal support, and division of family/matrimonial property.

Review: Disappointed in their ability to communicate in a timely manner. There were multiple phone calls made and emails sent over a 3 week period before Mr. Oviatt responded. He was in possession of my retainer and had billed for an initial meeting but failed to respond until I requested my retainer be returned. Professional courtesy is lacking in this office. (Retainer has since been returned)
