Facility Quality and Maintenance Services
The facility is described as very clean and organized, with all repairs done to expectation and within the original quote. Quality is good, but maintenance work is considered too slow, possibly due to management issues. However, there are significant concerns regarding paint jobs, with chipping, missing paint, and cracks reported. Despite efforts to address these issues, the warranty was not honored after the company changed its name and structure.
