Consultation and Communication
The feedback from clients regarding consultation and communication is mixed. Some clients, such as Noah Parker, reported positive experiences, noting that Stephen and his team helped settle a divorce amicably. Nancy also mentioned Stephen's ability to put her at ease during difficult times, highlighting his knowledge, wisdom, and expertise. Nathaniel Kellerman described the experience as therapeutic, praising Stephen's confidence and guidance throughout the process.
However, others had less favorable experiences. Sadaf Parastesh was unhappy with the responsiveness of the firm, as she was left waiting for updates and calls from the associates. QnE Gaming also reported poor service, including long wait times for answers and dissatisfaction with the assigned lawyer, which led to a negative experience.
Case Handling and Resolution
In terms of case handling and resolution, the feedback is predominantly positive. Noah Parker, Nancy, and Nathaniel Kellerman all expressed satisfaction with the way their cases were handled, noting that Stephen and his team were able to resolve their issues effectively and efficiently.
However, Sadaf Parastesh and QnE Gaming had different experiences. Sadaf was disappointed with the lack of progress on her case, feeling that it was not receiving the necessary attention. QnE Gaming was unhappy with the slow pace of their case and the multiple billing despite little progress.
