Prompt Response and Professional Service
Durand Heating and Cooling scored high marks with customers who praised their prompt response to emergency service calls and professional service. Kevin, from Durand, responded quickly to an emergency call within 5 minutes of the call and went above and beyond to help the customer. Similarly, the owner of Durand Heating and Cooling apologized for a past no-show and made up for it with a prompt and courteous visit to fix the customer's furnace.
Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work
The majority of customers raved about the excellent customer service and quality work provided by Durand Heating and Cooling. Debbie McCann and Agnes Quinn both had fantastic experiences with the company, citing professionalism, flexibility, and excellent workmanship. Agnes was particularly impressed with the communication and kept in contact with her throughout the renovation process.
Disappointing Experience with No-Show
However, not all customers had a positive experience. Brentcan had a disappointing experience with a no-show for a scheduled maintenance appointment. He gave up waiting after 5 hours of waiting and only received an apology and a reasonable excuse from the owner when his furnace broke down.
Difficulty Getting a Quote
Anthony Marcello was unable to get a quote from Durand Heating and Cooling and ended up purchasing and installing a gas fireplace from a different company, Edward Fuels.
