Unprofessional Service and Calculations Issues
These reviews highlight a series of disappointments and frustrations with the company's service, professionalism, and calculations. The first reviewer, Dan, experienced numerous issues with getting a correct quote for his project. He was initially given a quote, but when he requested changes to the original dimensions, the company claimed it was a mistake and wouldn't adjust the price. Dan provided calculations to show it was actually 33% less concrete needed, but the company refused to take on the job at the quoted price.
Lack of Respect and Rude Behavior
The second reviewer, Manda Marion, had a similar experience with a representative named Aleic. Despite her willingness to provide details about her project, Aleic came across as rude and dismissive. When she asked for a quote, Aleic asked about the structural design, which Manda didn't have. Aleic then became unavailable for the fall and next year, and when Manda asked about availability, Aleic simply stated "Not interested" and hung up.
Additional Negative Reviews
The third reviewer, Ashley Haig, specifically called out the owner's horrible manners and tendency to hang up on potential customers. It appears that this behavior has been consistent across multiple reviews.
