Customer Service Experiences at Nest
The majority of customers have had a positive experience with Nest's customer service. The staff, particularly Sarah and Fatima, were praised for their professionalism and relentless pursuit in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. For instance, a customer, Yasmin Paris, had an excellent experience with Fatima, who helped her with an online order mistake. Similarly, Toke Nygaard appreciated the relentless pursuit of Sarah in getting his money back from a failed order.
Moreover, the staff's ability to source and replace damaged items quickly and efficiently was noted by Tim Harrison. Lucy Dalton also commended the customer service she received from Sarah, who sorted out a manufacturing fault with a chair professionally and with consideration.
Aaron Seymour, on the other hand, had a positive experience even after several years of purchasing from Nest. His chair broke, and despite it being out of warranty, Nest managed to get the purchase cost refunded to him.
Negative Experiences
However, not all customers had a positive experience. Paul Harris had a disappointing experience with Nest's customer service when he was advised that he did not qualify for a replacement or refund because the terms suggested he should have checked the item within 14 days of receipt.
