Bret A. rated 4 stars: We had lot's of junks piled up for months, so we decided to use their service to get rid of the junks based on our neighbor's recommendation. They came out as scheduled, cleared the junks and kept the surrounding as tidy. They did a good job but my concern was the difference in quotes. They actually charged me more than they quoted initially.
Dawn B. rated 1 star: I did a small reno project and was looking for someone to come remove the waste from the removal of my back step. I have rented full bins before and figured there was no point since I wouldn't come close to filling one. The quote was so ridiculously high that I just said no flat out, no point in trying to negotiate. He asked what I was willing to pay and I told him. All of a sudden he was willing to do it for 1/2 the price he had first given me. Still way too much, I got him to 2/5 of his quote.
Kristin M. rated 1 star: I would never use this company again - very deceptive marketing. They rent you a bin for a flat rate and then make you sign a waiver saying you'll be charged for any overages. What they don't tell you, is the weight allowances they give you for the bin are absolutely unrealistic! I paid almost $300 to rent a 15 yard bin, which I filled to the top with normal household items.
Emily M. rated 1 star: Talked to a friendly person on the phone who told me to expect someone between 10am and 2pm the next day. Planned around it and sat around waiting in my small condo surrounded by renovation materials I desperately needed hauled away before my toddler got home from daycare and hurt herself on them. Got a call at 1pm saying they were running late but giving no time estimate.
