West Coast Steel Ltd. is a privately owned, CWB certified structural steel and miscellaneous metals Fabrication Company based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Since our inception, we have grown from a small fabricator to one of the largest fabrication plants in British Columbia through our customer satisfaction and industry confidence. Our complete in-house capabilities successfully enable fast response, flexibility and coordination of all phases of any project.

Our Services

Our services include full-service structure fabrication, miscellaneous metal fabrication, and complete project management. We use CAD technology to create accurate and concise drawings in both Xsteel and ProSteel, and our engineering team works seamlessly with our detailers to create the most efficient connection designs to enable a speedy field erection and fabrication. Our in-house media blasting and painting bay allows us to meet the finishing specifications of any job, from standard shop priming to 3-coat MOT epoxy-based paint systems.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility in Coquitlam is centralized on major trucking routes in the center of the Greater Vancouver Regional District, minimizing travel times and response times for deliveries and site visits. Our facility is fully equipped with numerous overhead cranes, state-of-the-art fabricating beam-line, ironworkers, and welding equipment. We have expanded our shops and upgraded our equipment to meet the demand for our services, and we continue to grow and improve to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
