Welcome to Mississauga Taekwondo, a family-oriented martial arts school that has been serving the community since 2009. Our story began when Master Ken Anstruther took over the Argentia location of Master Seung's Taekwondo Academy, which was founded in April 2007. Since then, we have been committed to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for individuals of all ages and skill levels to learn and grow.

Our Vision

At Mississauga Taekwondo, we believe that every individual is unique and deserves a personalized approach to their training. We strive to create a culture of empowerment, respect, and inclusivity, where students can grow both physically and mentally. Our instructors are certified in NCCP and sports science, and we incorporate these principles into our teaching methods to enhance our training programs.

Our Team

Our team of instructors is composed of highly experienced and certified professionals who share a passion for martial arts and a commitment to our values. Master Se'era Anstruther, our chief instructor, holds a PhD in Nutrition and is a certified NCCP DC. Our instructors, including Master Dan Henry, Master Hai Van Ho, Master Mario Cruz, Master Reza Rabiei, and our junior masters, bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our programs.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs and classes tailored to meet the needs and goals of our students. From our youth and adult programs to our women's self-defense classes, we have something for everyone. Our programs are designed to improve physical fitness, discipline, focus, and self-awareness, while also promoting social skills, teamwork, and confidence.
