Our HS&E program provides a range of services, including corporate policy, assigned responsibilities, and workplace rules, environmental policy, hazard assessment, and controls, work orientation, training and education, and communication, job-specific safe work practices and procedures, equipment operation and maintenance practices and procedures, safety requirements and systems that focus on management and employee awareness to reduce the risk of workplace incidents, leading and lagging indicators, audits, and reporting, emergency management and response systems and procedures, and an enterprise-based company-wide incident management system.

Our Quality Control

At Global Fusion, we are committed to delivering quality services by placing high-quality expectations on all of our projects. Our Quality Management System is based on ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and incorporates quality requirements of SSPC, NACE, ANSI/ASME, ASTM International, and ISO to standardize operating procedures throughout all divisions. Our Quality Management System sets quality guidelines to achieve the highest level of quality, integrity, and credibility through Quality Inspections and Auditing done by trained, competent, and experienced professionals.

Our project quality process is focused on customer satisfaction and involves the customer during the bidding process to establish an open line of communication. We maintain control of all material from the earliest stages of preparing and blasting pipe/structural steel, which is all completed indoors in an air/humidity-controlled environment. Our services include 100% Solids Based Coating, Abrasive Blasting, Post Weld Heat Treat Oven, FBE Lining/Coating, Internal Liquid Lining/Coating, and Airless Coating Application.
