Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the service provided by this company. Tony R. had a particularly poor experience, taking a brand new chef's knife to be engraved only to have three chips develop in the blade during the process. He showed the damage to the engraver, who denied responsibility, and things escalated from there. Tony claimed that the engraver hung up on him when he inquired about the cost of repairing the damage.
