Funeral Home Experience
Positive Experience with Funeral Home
The author, Karan Finnigan, had a positive experience with the funeral home, giving them 5-star ratings for their services for both her mother's and father's funerals. The staff, including Dave Klassen, Rick Thom, Bob Fingas, and Dave Maglahus, showed kindness, dignity, and attentiveness towards the family, making them feel like they were part of the family.
Negative Experience with Funeral Home
On the other hand, Robin Roper had a negative experience with the funeral home, giving them a 1-star rating. Robin's father passed away in Russell, and without their consent, he was cremated, resulting in a bill of $4000.00. The funeral home demanded a cheque, which was cashed within two hours, leaving Robin with a negative impression of the funeral home.
