Sales

  • I went in to Ernies at 10am today. A nice young man called Chris helped me choose a recliner for my husband who is ill. The delivery team were at my house by 1pm and took our old recliner into our garage and set up our new one. Excellent service all around. (Susan Atherton)

Negative Feedback

  • It was super nice at first, they even offered us to put some money down now and the rest on delivery, until I asked to read the fine print on their extended warranty, which is online, it excluded almost everything, and the warranty is voided if they find that you have not done regular maintenance on the appliance. So obviously I said no to the warranty pointing out it's not "bumper to bumper" as they claimed and the maintenance stipulation can be easily misused, but that I still want to order it choosing to pay the rest on undamaged delivery. Ernie chimed in rudely and I couldn't bring myself to continue the purchase after that. (Omar Chicas)
  • A very disappointing experience and in the process I was unnecessarily rude to a salesman, I apologize for that. I'm usually a quiet man but when the owner tells me to shut up because I'm expressing to him my disappointment in the product they delivered to my home, well that crosses a line with me.   • Absolutely horrible service! Respectfully, Ernie the owner, has no manners whatsoever. He makes one feel stupid by his abrupt way of speaking, that is disrespectful and unprofessional. We had two men come twice, to level and align the fridge. They did confirm we have a "messed up leg." We would never recommend this business to anyone. Do your research before going to this place.
