Our Team

Our team is led by our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Rick Allen, who has over 25 years of experience in industrial mechanical design. Our Chief Operations Officer, Rob Burt, has worked in the industrial process industry since 1989 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations. Our Engineering Manager, Martin Zourek, has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and our Director of Business Development, Mike Ritchie, has extensive experience in management, marketing, and sales.

Our History

QES is a sister company of AVID Engineering LLC (AVID) in the USA. Due to increased demand, AVID was formed in 2017 to serve clients in America and work jointly with QES to serve clients worldwide. Since then, we have successfully completed over 600 projects across six continents.
