Poor Service and Cleaning Standards
The reviews highlight the disappointment and frustration of a client who contracted with MCA Group for office cleaning services. The company, which subcontracts to a third-party cleaner called B 4 Best Commercial Cleaning, failed to meet the client's expectations. The cleaning was subpar, with the cleaners only emptying garbage bins without performing any actual cleaning. Furthermore, the use of dirty water to clean the glass partitions and floor left behind brown streaks, despite complaints about the matter.
Communication Issues
The client complained several times about the poor cleaning, but never received a follow-up call from MCA Group. In fact, after being fired by the client, the cleaning company still called their office looking for work, seemingly unaware that they were currently on their client list.
