Services
Gutter Installation
We install continuous aluminum guttering systems designed to channel rainwater away from your property. Our solutions include 5 fascia style and 5 K-style (Colonial) options, ensuring compatibility with various architectural designs. Proper installation prevents foundation erosion, basement leaks, and ice buildup, protecting your home year-round.
Gutter Repairs
Our team addresses leaks, reattachments, and damaged sections to restore gutter functionality. Using high-quality materials, we repair downpipes, corners, and connections to prevent water overflow and structural damage. Services include diagnosing issues and implementing durable fixes for residential and commercial properties.
Gutter Guards
ALU-REX Gutter Guards prevent leaves and debris from clogging gutters, reducing maintenance needs. These systems ensure water flows freely while minimizing blockages that cause roofline stress and water damage. Ideal for properties surrounded by trees in the Okanagan Valley.
Soffit Installations
We install aluminum vented soffits to improve attic ventilation and moisture control. Available in multiple colors, these soffits enhance curb appeal while protecting against mold and mildew. Services include custom fitting for new builds or renovations in residential and commercial settings.
Gutter Cleaning
Annual gutter cleaning removes debris to maintain proper drainage. Our team clears blockages and inspects systems for wear, ensuring optimal performance. Regular maintenance prevents costly repairs and extends the lifespan of your gutter system, especially before winter months.
