• Mike Callaghan, RDT: With over 34 years of experience in the dental lab industry, Mike has managed all departments, including dentures, porcelain, and implants. His deep understanding of all aspects of dentistry, combined with his strong people leadership skills, make him an invaluable advisor to his customers.
• Peter McKeon, RDT: Peter has 40+ years of experience in dentistry and executive management in both Canada and the US. He holds several certifications in advanced dentistry and has a proven track record of managing and growing businesses and people.
• John Sawers, RDT: After graduating from George Brown College with honours in 1994 and working in a high-paced, large dental laboratory, John opened his own Dental Studio in 1997. With thorough knowledge of fixed restorations and a comprehensive understanding of removable dental prostheses, John now specializes in laboratory management at Durban's state-of-the-art facility.
• Russel Brown, CA, CPA: As the founder of Durban, Russel manages the administrative, strategic, and marketing components of the business. His two passions are his family and growing Durban into a digital lab leader by building the best team in the industry.
• Hayley Brown, CA, CPA: Hayley is responsible for the financial aspects of Durban. She is a South African-trained Chartered Accountant with extensive corporate accounting and financial operational experience.
• Jay Mandel, RDT: With over 25 years of experience in the dental laboratory business, Jay specializes in fixed and removable restorations. He is one of few technicians who have participated in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's (AACD) accreditation process.
