Services
Deck Renovations
We specialize in complete deck renovations, addressing structural repairs, waterproofing, and surface upgrades. Our process includes rot removal, framing reinforcement, and installation of durable vinyl or composite decking. Clients benefit from customized solutions that extend their deck's lifespan while enhancing aesthetic appeal. Our team handles projects of all sizes, from minor repairs to full rebuilds.
Waterproofing Membrane
Our 60-mil vinyl membrane system provides 100% waterproof protection against Vancouver's weather. The material resists cracking, fading, and warping, with heat-welded seams for complete sealing. This solution protects underlying structures and prevents water damage to spaces below. Installation includes proper sloping for drainage and meets roofing surface standards.
Custom Railing Systems
We design and install bespoke railing solutions including aluminum picket, glass, and wood systems. Options range from standard designs to fully customized privacy walls and ornate gates. Our railings combine safety compliance with aesthetic customization, available in multiple colors and configurations to match architectural styles.
Vinyl Deck Installation
Premium Canadian-made vinyl decking offers low-maintenance durability with slip-resistant surfaces. We install this material over various substrates, ensuring proper adhesion and waterproofing. Benefits include fade resistance, easy cleaning, and a 15-year warranty. Available in multiple colors like Landau Grey and Baltic Grey.
Patio Construction
We construct new patios using composite or vinyl decking materials with integrated waterproofing systems. Services include substructure building, surface installation, and railing integration. Projects focus on creating functional outdoor living spaces that withstand heavy use and adverse weather conditions while maintaining visual appeal.
