Positive Experiences
Many patients have had a positive experience at Eye Health Centre. They have praised the friendly and caring approach of the doctors, including Dr. Ahmed, who has been their doctor for over 6 years. The staff are described as kind and helpful, and the pharmacy is excellent. Patients have also appreciated the phone consultations with doctors, which have been handled promptly.
Issues and Negatives
However, some patients have had issues with the receptionists, who have been described as dishonest and unable to keep appointments. This has resulted in appointments being cancelled twice in a week, and patients having to change to a different doctor. Other patients have experienced delays in serving or acknowledging them at the dispensary, and have had to wait up to 15 minutes to collect a prescription. Some staff in the dispensary have been rude and abrupt, leading to patients choosing to use alternative pharmacies.
Complaints
One patient has specifically complained about the wrong diagnosis being given, and receiving wrong medication and advice. Another patient has mentioned that the car park is good, but this is not a criticism.
