Our vision is to be the leading ICI builder in central Ontario, a local community investor, and an employer of choice. We aim to provide the full breadth of services from project concept to turnover, as well as continuing to produce our own high-quality development projects. We believe in completing projects large and small, ranging from renovation projects to large healthcare facilities, while maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.

Awards and Recognition

We are proud to announce that The Lighthouse in Parry Sound, ON, was recently recognized as one of the most innovative Multi-Family Low-Rise projects in North America and around the world as part of the ICF Builder Awards, an international competition designed to showcase the advantages of building with Insulated Concrete Forms, commonly called ICFs.

Community Development

At Campus Trails in Huntsville, Muskoka, we are building a contemporary community, connected to nature. The Emily condominium building is currently under construction, and we are selling units now. This project is a testament to our commitment to building quality communities that reflect the architectural style of Muskoka and demonstrate our pride in building upon our region's character in a positive way for years to come.
