Anna & Dave Flasch were left with two damaged rugs, one with a hole in the back and the other with dye bleeding, despite the company trying to blame the issue on the owners. The owners allegedly offered a paltry $1000 to replace the rug, which cost $5000 to replace. This experience left Anna & Dave without trust in the company.
