Our team includes:

• Frank Scheepers, Founder, Chief Estimator & Consultant: Frank is responsible for the day-to-day management of our company and is the chief estimator and consultant for all excavating projects, including our asphalt grinding division.
• Laurie Scheepers, Office Manager: Laurie handles our office accounting and managerial duties, ensuring that our company runs smoothly.
• Scott Scheepers, Foreman: Scott is our Asphalt Grinding Foreman and is responsible for scheduling and supervising our road projects. He acts as a liaison between Badger and our clients to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Rod Stewart, Equipment Operator: Rod has over 25 years of experience operating equipment and driving dump trucks. He is very familiar with our local area and brings valuable insight into the daily operations of Badger.
