What types of clothing do you accept for trade-ins?
We accept womenswear 2-3 years old in new/like-new condition that's fashionable and in-season. We avoid items from smoking households and don't accept formalwear, lingerie, or business attire.
How does the trade-in credit system work?
Credit equals 50% of our expected selling price. It's valid immediately for any store merchandise. Unused credit can be saved for future visits with staff approval during high-volume periods.
What are your store hours?
We're open daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. Summer weekends may have limited trade-in availability due to high customer volume.
Do you sell new items?
While we specialize in preloved goods, our inventory maintains new-like condition through strict quality controls. We also offer new jewelry and housewares alongside our secondhand selections.
How do you ensure item quality?
We inspect all items for stains, wear, and odors. Garments from smoking environments are rejected. We require clean, folded submissions and handle final cleaning before display.
