Disappointing Experiences
Envision credit union has received below-average ratings from its customers. Shauna, who gave the credit union 1 star, had a terrible experience with the branch. She lost her card on a Sunday and contacted customer service on Monday, only to be told that the branch didn't open until 9:30 am and that she couldn't reach it. After waiting for 1.5 hours, she was informed that the branch was closed on Mondays and that she would have to go to the bank to get a new card. Shauna was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service from the staff, stating that she would never bank with Envision again.
Bob B. also gave the credit union 1 star, citing frustration with the limited availability of branches. He found it surprising that there was only one branch open for the entire Abbotsford and Mission area, and questioned the credit union's motivations, stating that their bottom line was more important than helping customers.

On the other hand, No Noname Name had a positive experience with Envision credit union, giving it 5 stars. They were very happy with the business banking services provided to their company, stating that the service was amazing.
