Title Search Issues
Author Mike Hartlen, who gave a rating of 1 star, expressed dissatisfaction with the professional services of the lawyer in question. His son had used the lawyer to search a title, but a problem arose with the title despite it being registered. When the lawyer was contacted by phone and email numerous times over the last month, he failed to acknowledge the calls or emails. This led to the conclusion that the lawyer was very unprofessional.
Uncommon Billing Practices
Author D. Ann D., who also gave a rating of 1 star, shared a similar experience. Eleven months after being paid, the lawyer returned with a bill for which she had a receipt. This incident led her to believe that the lawyer had a history of such practices, as she had heard from locals that this was not uncommon with this lawyer.
