Woodstock Fair Grounds

The Woodstock Agricultural Society is a not-for-profit organization that has been supporting the local rural agricultural community within the city centre of Woodstock, Ontario since 1836. We are proud of our rich history and our alignment with key figures and events in local history. Our mission is to encourage rural and urban communities to work together for their social and economic benefit.

Facilities

Our facilities have hosted a variety of events, from extravagant evening galas to energetic daytime livestock auctions. With several buildings to choose from, our complex can accommodate events of all sizes and types. Whether you're looking for a space for a corporate event, a wedding, or a community gathering, we have a space that will fit your needs perfectly.

The Woodstock Fair

The Woodstock Fair is an annual event that is made possible by the generous support of local donors and the hard work of our energetic volunteers. The fair is a celebration of the rural agricultural community, featuring livestock shows, competitions, exhibits, and entertainment. It is a beloved tradition that has been taking place for nearly two hundred years, and we are proud to continue this tradition.

Woodstock Farmers' Market

The Woodstock Farmers' Market has been a staple in the community since 1853. Every Saturday, the market features local produce, honey, maple syrup, butchered meats, cheeses and seafoods, baked goods, flowers, crafts, and much more. The market is a vital part of the community, supporting local farmers and artisans and providing a gathering place for people of all ages.

Year-Round Market

The Woodstock Farmers' Market is open year-round, every Saturday from 7am to 12pm. The market features an extensive list of vendors that offer a wide variety of products, from coffee to crafts and everything in between. Our vendors are passionate about their products and are committed to providing the highest quality goods to our customers.
