Service Experience
Colchester Community Funeral Home received a mixed response from its clients. On one hand, Robert Fredericks appreciated their help and understanding during a difficult time, giving them a 5-star rating. However, Maddison Dennison and Sophie Williams had less than favorable experiences, rating the funeral home 1 star each.
Virtual Services
Maddison Dennison expressed immense disappointment due to the lack of a reasonable way to conduct funeral services virtually, despite COVID-19 restrictions being in place for over a year.
Atmosphere and Staff
Sophie Williams was dissatisfied with the outdated decor and overall atmosphere of the funeral home. She also found the staff, with the exception of one employee, to be condescending and creepy.
