The spa's staff, particularly Jasmine and Leah, were commended for their exceptional service. Concerns and Areas for Improvement
However, there were some issues that guests encountered, such as communication problems with the front desk, particularly the dark-haired girl who was described as having an "I don't care" attitude. Guests also mentioned that the mani/pedi services were overpriced for the quality received, and the food was also considered overpriced for what was offered.
