President
John Stroich is a BComm (Hons) graduate from the U of M - Asper School of Business and holds the two highest designations in Commercial Real Estate, the CPM Designation (Certified Property Manager) through the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) through the CCIM Institute. John is a co-founder and CEO of LS Properties as well as numerous commercial income property joint ventures and partnerships. With over 30 years of experience in acquiring and managing income properties, John began acquiring income properties as a young teen and has developed a passion and interest in real estate that has grown through calculated acquisitions and strong management. John also enjoys being involved in the community, volunteering as a hockey coach with REMHA and is part owner of the Steinbach Pistons (MJHL) Hockey Club.
Management Team
Lori Williams-Stroich is the Chief Executive Officer of Green Valley Management and brings extensive experience in commercial property management, acquisitions, and operations. Paula Prance is the Vice President of Property Management and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's properties. Heather Moar is the Controller of Green Valley Management and handles all financial reporting and accounting functions.
