Service Experience
The service experience with the company was a mixed bag. Initially, the customer was happy with the service, as the team of two members did a fantastic job in the first month. However, as time went on, the reliability and quality of service decreased. The third month saw a follow-up call due to a delay, and the fourth month resulted in no service at all. This inconsistency led to uncertainty regarding future use of the company.
Communication
Communication was a key issue in the service experience. Initially, the owner was agreeable and responsive. However, as time went on, the customer had to initiate contact to get the job done, and the fourth month saw a complete lack of communication or service.
Price and Quality
The customer paid for three months of service but only received two months of work. The quality of the work was initially high but decreased over time, leading to dissatisfaction.
