Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Some customers have had negative experiences at Purba Vision Father Tobin location. One reviewer mentioned that the service was "very poor", specifically citing jasmine as being unhelpful and failing to provide customers with privacy. Another reviewer stated that they would not recommend the place due to dishonest and unprofessional service. They claimed that an employee misled them about obtaining PD measurements after an exam, and when they asked for the measurements, they were told they had to buy frames from the store. The same employee denied giving the wrong information.
