Realtor Inspection Services
Catherine McKenzie shares her disappointing experience with Guardian, a company that was hired to inspect and potentially repair a wood stove in her daughter's newly purchased home. The inspection revealed that a screw needed to be installed on the wall plate and a metal collar around the soffit outside, estimated to cost $200. However, after multiple follow-ups and a final visit on October 1st, the final bill was $500, significantly higher than the initial estimate.
