Our founder, Yvan Gauthier, brings over 25 years of experience in the welding industry and is committed to maintaining the highest level of quality and service.

We are certified to the CSA Standard W47.1 for Fusion Welding of Steel in Division 3 with the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). This certification underscores our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all of our work.

Services

At On-Site Welding, we offer a wide range of services, including welding, machining, line boring, hard-facing, metalizing, fabrication, repairs, and maintenance services. We can perform these services both in the field and in our fully equipped shop.

Our welding services include the use of aluminum, steel, carbon, stainless steel, brass, and copper, ensuring that we can handle any job that comes our way. Our fabrication services include the use of a wide range of metals, allowing us to create custom solutions that meet your specific needs. We are also equipped to perform hard-facing both on-site and in-house.

In addition to these services, we offer precision cast repairs with spray-fuse application, water treatment facilities maintenance, mill maintenance and shut-downs, and engineer certified fork repairs. Our custom fabrication and repair services include the creation of handrails, staircases, and special application equipment, as well as the fabrication and installation of staging mechanisms to facilitate maintenance on conveyors. We can also perform complete excavator bucket maintenance, including wear package replacements, tooth and adapter replacements, and the fabrication of new buckets.

Our 24-hour emergency service ensures that we are always available when you need us most.
