Our 20 modernized two-bedroom cottages offer fully equipped kitchens, queen and single beds, private bathrooms, and spacious decks overlooking the Oyster River. Each unit includes Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, and outdoor amenities like firepits and picnic tables. Ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking comfort amid natural surroundings.
RV Rentals
Fully equipped RVs available in interior, creekside, and riverside locations. Units sleep 4-6 guests with queen beds, bunk beds, kitchens, and private outdoor spaces. Features include air conditioning, TVs, and BBQs. Perfect for travelers seeking RV convenience without towing, with resort amenities steps away.
Marina Moorage
146-slip marina accommodating vessels up to 40 feet. Offers secure docks, power hookups (15-50 amp), fresh water, and a boat launch ramp. Seasonal and transient rates available. Nearby fuel stations and a tackle shop support boating and fishing activities in Discovery Passage.
Fishing Charters
Partnering with Island Life Expeditions, we provide guided fishing charters on-site. Trips include bait, gear, and fish processing, targeting salmon and other species. Four-hour minimum excursions available for up to four guests, with scenic wildlife tours as an alternative.
Hiking Trails
Access to Oyster River Trail, Seal Bay Nature Park, and Mt. Washington trails. Routes range from leisurely riverside strolls to alpine hikes with ocean vistas. Winter snowshoeing and summer birdwatching opportunities available within minutes of the resort.

Yes, we're pet-friendly. Dogs must remain leashed at all times, and waste bags are provided for cleanup.
