Negative Experiences
- Dr. Brouwer did not properly freeze the patient's tooth during a removal, causing pain, and then showed the patient the chunk of "meat" that hadn't frozen properly without any remorse or apology.
- Doderai Dental refused to deal with insurance when referring a patient to another dentist, expecting all fees to be paid out of pocket.
