Etiquette

We kindly request that our guests arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork. We also ask that cell phones be placed on silent mode while in the salon and spa area to ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we are more than happy to work with our guests to accommodate changes to their appointments. However, we do require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
