Our 2024 rates are as follows:
- Mid Season (May 1, 2024 - June 14, 2024):
+ Rooms featuring one queen-size bed: $119 - $159
+ Rooms featuring two double/queen-size beds: $139 - $169
- Peak Season (June 15, 2024 - September 5, 2024):
+ Rooms featuring one queen-size bed: $139 - $179
+ Rooms featuring two double/queen-size beds: $159 - $199
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. We understand that this may be disappointing to some of our guests, but we must adhere to our pet policy to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of all our guests.
Minimum Age Requirement
All renters must be over the age of 25 and have authorized use of the credit card to place a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by phone and provide a minimum of 96 hours (4 days) notice of a cancellation for all reservation dates. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges to the reserving credit card.
Additional Policies
- Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours are in effect from 11 PM to 8 AM daily to ensure maximum guest comfort.
- Occupancy: Our rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people (one bed) or 4 people (two beds).
