At Extreme North Gymnastics, we are a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in gymnastics, regardless of age, skill level, or ability. Our mission is to improve the fitness levels of our participants through fun-filled classes where basic movement patterns and gymnastics skills are introduced and expanded on. We believe that everyone who comes through our doors can benefit from our programs, and we strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters growth, confidence, and self-esteem.
Our Facilities
We operate two state-of-the-art facilities in Chelmsford and Dowling, Ontario, each designed to provide a safe and engaging space for our participants. Our Chelmsford location is our primary recreational gymnastics facility, while our Dowling location is our primary competitive gymnastics facility located inside the Dowling Leisure Centre. Both facilities are equipped with modern equipment and staffed by experienced coaches who are passionate about gymnastics and dedicated to helping our participants achieve their goals.
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of programs to cater to different ages, skill levels, and interests. Our recreational programs include classes for children as young as 1 year old, as well as adults, and cover a range of skills and activities, from fundamental movement patterns to advanced gymnastics techniques. We also offer competitive gymnastics programs for athletes who want to take their skills to the next level, as well as birthday parties, drop-in classes, and day camps for those who want to try something new and fun.
