Furnace Repair Issues with Carrier Authorized Dealer
The review by Mikey T. describes a poor experience with a Carrier authorized dealer for furnace repairs. Despite checking the Carrier US website for authorized dealers, Mikey encountered issues with the technician's diagnosis and repair work. The technician quoted a higher price than the website's price list, performed the repair, but the furnace still did not work after the service. The company refused to send another technician or provide a refund when Mikey contacted them again. Even contacting Carrier Corp's customer support resulted in a frustrating experience, with Mikey being given the runaround.
