Lack of Communication and Explanation
Several reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the level of communication and explanation provided by Dr. Takeuchi and her staff. Ayaka Furuichi mentioned that she didn't receive any explanation about the cavity treatment, while Plants K. reported that the dentist "forced" her to open her mouth for an hour without any clear purpose. Another reviewer simply stated that the doctor didn't explain what they were doing.
Poor Treatment Experience
Plants K. had a particularly negative experience, stating that the treatment was painful and unnecessary, and that the dentist seemed more focused on speaking Japanese than providing quality care. Another reviewer, without specifying the details, mentioned that the doctor used a device called "amar ghum" and didn't explain what it was.
