Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled engineers, each with their own unique strengths and expertise. We have partnered with engineers across the province to ensure that we can match our clients with the best engineer for their project. Our office staff, led by Shae Rogers and Shayla Pears, are well-versed in the engineering process and are always happy to answer questions and address concerns. Stan Peters, our master framer and inspector, has many years of experience on the job site and provides real-world solutions to problems contractors and framers may encounter during the construction process. Al Richards, our consultant, is always working on new and exciting projects, including the development of new technology in the world of shoring and retaining walls.
