Terrible Customer Service
The first three reviews express disappointment and frustration with the company's customer service. Kelly Kinghan and J. K. both gave the company 1-star reviews, stating that they had terrible experiences with unreturned phone calls and poor professionalism. Sean Popelier's review was equally negative, describing a two-year ordeal of trying to get a problem fixed with the company, which he claims installed the issue in the first place.
