Training and Development

We are committed to supporting the development of our team members, and we believe in empowering them to grow and develop their skills. We sponsor employees on the tools with the Skilled Trades BC carpentry apprenticeship program, which provides a combination of on-job training and classroom learning. Our goal is to create pathways for our labourers to become lead carpenters and our carpenters to move into supervisor or management positions, creating a progression of skills development and opportunities for future generations.
