Our Projects

At AR Construction Group, we have worked on a variety of different projects ranging from institutional to commercial construction within the GTA region. Some of our featured projects include:

• Durham College Greenhouse: We designed, built, and installed a 96ft x 36ft x 14ft greenhouse complete with new concrete flooring, lighting, work tables, washroom and network room. Our team provided electrical, plumbing, and structural services for this project.
• Canada Post Series: We worked on various Canada Post offices and provided a variety of services working on large-scale renovations of multiple offices. Our team provided electrical, plumbing, and structural services for this project.
• Durham College I-Wing: We upgraded pre-existing technologies and electrical panels within the Electrical Room. Our team provided electrical services for this project.
• Durham College C-Wing: We converted classrooms into office spaces and added two new unisex washrooms and renovated the existing men's washroom. We created a new mechanical room complete with a new HVAC Unit. Our team provided electrical, plumbing, and structural services for this project.
• Beth Chabad Community Centre: We supplied and installed all required electrical for the new building complete with a hydro transformer base, grounding, primary duct bank, secondary conductor, all conduit in duct banks, lighting, emergency lighting, distribution, lighting control system, and fire alarm. Our team provided electrical, plumbing, and structural services for this project.
• Caryl Baker: We conducted an interior renovation to convert an existing retail space into a spa location complete with millwork, electrical, fire alarm, security grille, plumbing, and digital signage. Our team provided electrical, plumbing, and structural services for this project.
• Century 21 Newmarket: We conducted complete renovations of an existing building from a CIBC to a Century 21 office, creating 12 new individual offices, a new handicap washroom, acoustic ceiling tiles, new flooring, throughout, a finished basement with a lunch room, Cat5E run to all offices, a new
