Review: This review is about a customer who experienced minor property damage after using the service. The customer is disappointed because the service provider did not take responsibility for the damage. The asphalt started cracking and crumbling after just one year. When the customer tried to contact the service provider, Mark, to get repairs done before the warranty period ended, Mark became unresponsive. Mark even lied about his account being hacked and not receiving the customer's messages. The customer is unhappy with the service and feels cheated.
