Welcome to Atlantic Sub-Sea Construction and Consulting, a premier sub-sea construction and consulting company based in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia. Our story began in 1982, when our owner and operator, Len Hart, established the company as a commercial diving company. Over the years, we have steadily increased our experience and capability, expanding our services to meet the growing demands of our clients.

Today, we are a full-service diving company, equipped with the skills, equipment, and personnel to carry out any task underwater, from inspection to planned maintenance or emergency repair. Our core company service is based on commercial diving and ROV inspection class services, but we have also branched out to provide vessel services and surface-based work, such as wharf repairs and maintenance, across Nova Scotia.

Our experienced dive team is on call, ready to serve you anywhere in Nova Scotia, and we strive to complete our work in a timely fashion while holding safety in high regard.

Our ROV services feature the SeaBotix LBV200-4, a well-rounded and capable system for a diverse range of ROV applications. We also offer non-destructive testing services, including ultrasonic thickness testing, both below water and on land.
