With a rich history dating back to 1978, BLS Asphalt began as a division of Bruce's Landscaping. In 2021, Phil Bergen, Seamus Carroll, and Brent Smith purchased BLS from the Short family, and we have been operating as an integral part of the Bergen Group of Companies ever since. Our state-of-the-art asphalt plant in Regina ensures a steady material supply, allowing us to tackle even the biggest jobs with ease.
